These terms apply to all orders and services from Get Taylor'd ("I," "me"). By placing an order or leaving items with me, you agree to them.
Posted prices are starting prices. Your final price is confirmed in writing (text or email) before work begins. If I find something that changes the price (extra blocks, special fabrics, or repairs beyond what was quoted), I'll check with you before going ahead.
Custom keepsake and personalized orders require a deposit to reserve a spot: $100, or 50% for orders over $500. Deposits are non-refundable once materials are purchased or cutting begins. The remaining balance is due before pickup or shipping. Alterations are paid at pickup. Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider; I never see or store your full card number.
Turnaround times are estimates that begin when I receive all of your items and your deposit. I'll do my best to meet requested dates but can't guarantee them unless rush service is confirmed in writing.
Please send clean items, washed without fabric softener or dryer sheets. T-shirts and garments are cut to make your piece and can't be returned in their original form. Leftover scraps are returned on request. I take great care with everything you bring me, but I'm not responsible for existing stains, wear, weak fabric or damage. My liability for any item is limited to the price of the service.
For keepsake blankets I share a layout photo before final assembly. Changes requested after approval may add cost or time.
You are responsible for shipping items to me; insured, trackable shipping is recommended. I'm not responsible for items lost or damaged by a carrier on the way to me. Return shipping is quoted with your order and is insured to the value of the service.
Custom, personalized and altered items are final sale. If there's a problem with my workmanship, contact me within 7 days of pickup or delivery and I'll repair it or make it right.
Items not picked up or paid for within 60 days of the ready notice may be donated or disposed of after a final reminder.
Baby blankets and accessories are for supervised use and are not intended for unsupervised sleep. Follow safe-sleep guidance: keep the crib bare for babies under 12 months. Inspect items regularly and stop using any item that becomes damaged.
I may photograph finished work for my website and social media. If you'd prefer I don't share your piece, or need me to wait until after a gift is given, just tell me on your order form.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
