How do I order?
Fill out the order form. I'll reply within about 2 business days with your quote, timeline and a secure deposit link to hold your spot.
How long does a t-shirt or memory blanket take?
About 6–10 weeks from when I receive your items. Spots are limited each month, so if you have a date in mind (graduation, birthday, a memorial), tell me on the form and order early.
How many shirts do I need?
Roughly 12–16 for a lap blanket, 20–25 for a twin, and 30–36 for a queen. A shirt with designs on both the front and back can count as two blocks. Not sure? Send what you have and I'll suggest the best size.
How should I prepare my shirts?
Wash them without fabric softener or dryer sheets, and please don't cut them. I'll do all the cutting and stabilizing. Pockets, sleeves and logos can often be used too, so mention them!
Can I mail my items?
Yes! After your deposit I'll send the shipping address. I recommend a trackable, insured service. Return shipping is quoted with your order. Local customers can drop off and pick up for free.
Do you need a deposit?
Yes, for custom work. $100 holds a keepsake spot (50% on orders over $500), and the balance is due before pickup or shipping. Alterations are paid at pickup.
Can I see the blanket before it's finished?
Yes. I send a layout photo of your blocks before I sew everything together, so you can request changes.
Are your baby blankets safe for sleep?
My blankets are made for cuddling, tummy time, car seats and strollers with an adult nearby. Following safe-sleep guidance, babies under 12 months should sleep on a bare surface with no blankets or soft items. Baby items are made without buttons, snaps or other small parts.
Can I order for Christmas?
For Christmas 2026, memory pillows need to be ordered by Nov 30 and personalized baby items by Dec 5. Keepsake blankets for Christmas need to be reserved by Nov 1. After that, you can give a Gift a Memory Blanket certificate (available through Dec 20) and I'll make it in the new year.
Do you offer rush orders?
Sometimes. When my schedule allows, rush service is +30%. Ask on the order form.
Can I return a custom item?
Custom and personalized items are made just for you, so they're final sale. If something isn't right, contact me within 7 days of pickup or delivery and I'll make it right.
What area do you serve?
I'm in North Idaho and offer local drop-off and pickup. Keepsake blankets and baby items can be shipped anywhere in the US.
